• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, the battery must be unused, in its original authentic packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Faulty Items: If a battery is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately for a priority replacement or full refund.
